Return Policy

You have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

The exchange can be facilitated if the product you received is damaged. In such cases, we kindly request that you provide us with clear photographic evidence of the damage. This evidence will enable us to assess the situation promptly and ensure a smooth resolution. Once we have reviewed the evidence, we will arrange for a new product to be delivered to you as soon as possible.

Additionally, if the wrong design was printed on the product compared to what you had originally ordered, we sincerely apologize for the error. We kindly ask you to reach out to our customer support team and provide details along with supporting evidence. Once we have verified the mistake, we will promptly arrange for a new product with the correct design to be sent to you.

We understand the importance of customer satisfaction and strive to provide exceptional products and service. While we are unable to accept returns or exchanges based on sizing or personal preferences due to the customized nature of our products, we are committed to resolving any issues that fall within the scope of damaged items or incorrect designs.

 Exceptions / non-returnable items

At our store, we take pride in crafting products that are made specifically for you. Please note that as a result of the customization process, items in our store are considered personalized and, therefore, cannot be returned due to reasons such as wrong size or personal dislike.

Since each product is made to order and tailored to your unique specifications, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges based on size discrepancies or personal preferences. We highly recommend reviewing the size chart provided on the product page and double-checking your measurements before placing an order to ensure the perfect fit.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days, if the item is damaged  or if the wrong design was printed than the one you wanted and ordered. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
